One hour minimum, then 15 minute blocks. You're told before work continues past the first hour. No fix, no fee when I can't make meaningful progress on the agreed issue.

Can you help a small business remotely?
Yes. Most day to day business computer work, including email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud files, software setup and admin tasks, can be handled over a secure screen share. If something needs someone on site, I'll tell you before we start.
Do I need a contract or monthly plan?
No. Remote support is booked by appointment at $89 per hour with a one hour minimum. Larger or ongoing business tasks can be quoted separately before any work begins.
Can you set up a new staff member's computer and accounts?
Yes. I can set up their email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account, shared folder access and the software they need, as long as the computer is connected to the internet and someone can start the remote session.
