Every site is built with the search basics done properly: page titles, descriptions, headings, a sitemap and business details Google can read. The Standard package also sets up your Google Business Profile and Search Console, which is what gets you into the map results when people search locally.

Yes. I look after hosting for you on fast, secure servers, along with setup, updates and uptime monitoring, so there is nothing technical for you to manage. It is all covered by one monthly fee.
Yes. I’ll register the domain in your business name, look after renewals and DNS, and set up addresses like you@yourbusiness.com.au through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, including the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that keep your emails out of spam. Setup is $149, with the domain and mailbox fees passed on at cost.
IT support is invoiced after the job, payable by bank transfer or PayPal, so the no fix, no fee promise always applies. Website deposits, prepaid support hours, lesson gift vouchers and the Care Plan can be paid online through PayPal. The website balance is due on completion.
Yes. Three hours of remote support is $240, which saves $27 on the hourly rate. Use the time in 15-minute blocks whenever you need help over the next 12 months.
