Business email on your own domain
An address like you@yourbusiness.com.au looks professional but relies on a few settings working together: your domain, your email hosting and the app you read it in. I can help configure and troubleshoot those pieces so mail flows reliably. Hosting is provided by your chosen email provider, not by Grimace Remote.
Locked out or worried about a message
If you've lost access, I'll guide you through the official recovery steps for your provider and help secure the account once you're back in. Recovery depends on the provider and the information you can verify, so it can't be guaranteed. If an email looks suspicious, I can help you check it before you click anything.
What can't be done remotely
Remote support covers a lot, but not everything. If your request falls into one of these areas, I'll say so before we start rather than after.
- Bypassing a provider's own account recovery or security checks
- Retrieving emails that have been permanently deleted by the provider
- Phone email setup where the phone can't be connected to the session

$89/hour
One hour minimum, then 15 minute blocks. You're told before work continues past the first hour. No fix, no fee when I can't make meaningful progress on the agreed issue.
