If you think you've been scammed
Disconnect the computer from the internet if someone else still has control of it. Then contact your bank directly if any financial details were shared. Once that's done, I can help review the computer, remove remote access tools that shouldn't be there where possible and help secure your accounts. You can also report scams to Scamwatch.
What can't be done remotely
Remote support covers a lot, but not everything. If your request falls into one of these areas, I'll say so before we start rather than after.
