Lessons happen from your own home. I connect to your computer over a secure, encrypted Splashtop link, so you can watch every step on your own screen.

- Video calls with family. Setting up and using Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Teams.
- Photos. Getting them off your phone, sorting them into folders and keeping copies safe.
- Spotting scams. Fake texts, calls and pop-ups, and what to do if you’ve already clicked.
- Anything else that’s bugging you. Bring your own list.

How a lesson works
- Book a time. Send the form or a text and tell me what you’d like to learn.
- Connect. I send a simple link, you approve the connection, and you can see everything I do.
- Learn and practise. Usually 60 to 90 minutes, trying each step yourself while I guide you.
Lessons are $89 for the first hour, then $22.25 per extra 15 minutes, GST inclusive. Full remote control works on Windows and Mac computers. On a phone or tablet I can see your screen and talk you through each step.

Do you come to my house for computer lessons?
No. Lessons are done remotely over a secure connection, so you learn on your own computer in your own home, anywhere in East Gippsland, with no travel fee.
I’m not very confident. Is that okay?
That’s exactly who these lessons are for. We go at your pace, start from the basics and repeat anything you like.

Can a family member book a lesson for me?
Yes. They can book on your behalf or buy an $89 gift voucher, and I’ll contact you to arrange a time that suits.
