A Bairnsdale-based plumber was relying entirely on Facebook for business. They had zero Google presence and were being constantly called for low-quality jobs outside their service area.
The Solution: A technical 5-page Starter Website with dedicated "Service + Town" silos. We focused on capture forms that filtered for local emergency work.

The Hacked Account Recovery
A Sale consultancy had their core Microsoft 365 account compromised. The attacker had set up shadow forwarding rules to intercept and redirect invoice payment details.
The Solution: 100% remote triage. We identified the malicious inbox rules, revoked all active sessions, and implemented hardware-backed MFA across the entire team.
The Result: Immediate breach closure. No financial loss was incurred due to the fast technical lockdown and verification of device integrity.
