Security & privacy
Built on the latest security. No client data kept once we hang up.
Letting someone onto your computer is a trust exercise. Here is exactly how that trust is held — and what happens to your information the moment a session ends.
Bank-grade 256-bit AES encryption
Every session is wrapped in 256-bit AES with TLS 1.2+ end-to-end. The same standard used by Australian banks and government agencies — nothing travels in plain text.
One-time link, your approval
After you confirm you'd like to go ahead, we send a single-use secure link. You click it, accept the on-screen prompt, and the session starts. No permanent connection, no background agent, no way back in once you close it.
Multi-factor authentication on our side
Our technician account is locked behind multi-factor authentication and device verification, so no one can impersonate us — even if a password were ever stolen.
You watch the whole job
Your screen stays visible to you the entire time. Move the mouse or hit disconnect at any moment — control is always yours.
Zero client data retained
Once a session ends, no files, screenshots or credentials are kept. Session logs are purged and only the invoice line items remain for ATO record-keeping.
SOC 2, ISO 27001 & GDPR-aligned platform
Our remote support platform is independently audited to SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001, and is GDPR and HIPAA-ready — the same security pedigree used by hospitals and Fortune 500 IT teams.
Aligned with Australian standards
Operated under Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988), ACSC Essential Eight guidance and Australian Consumer Law. ABN 46 116 499 723, GST registered.
Plain-English change log
After every session you receive a written summary of exactly what was changed, what was installed and what to watch for — no jargon, no surprises.

FAQ
Common questions
Is remote support actually safe?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade remote support software trusted by banks, hospitals and government agencies worldwide. Every session uses 256-bit AES encryption with TLS 1.2+, multi-factor authentication on our end, and your explicit on-screen approval to start. You see every click and can disconnect any time.
How do we get connected?
After you message us and confirm you'd like to go ahead, we email or text you a single-use secure link. You click it, accept the prompt on your own machine, and the session starts. There is no permanent agent left behind.
What if you can't fix it remotely?
Then you don't pay. Some hardware faults (failed drives, dead screens) need physical service — we'll point you to a trusted local repairer and won't charge for the diagnosis.
Do you support Mac and Windows?
Both, fully. Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows Server, plus macOS on Intel and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4). We also help with iPhone, iPad and Android for email, Microsoft 365 and iCloud setup. Linux on request.
How fast can you start?
Most messages get a same-day reply. Urgent business issues (email down, scam in progress) usually within an hour during business days.
What hours do you work?
Mon–Fri 8am–6pm with same-day replies. After-hours support available for genuine emergencies — just text.
Do you bill GST?
Yes. ABN 46 116 499 723. Invoices issued by email, payable by bank transfer or card.
