Grimace Remote provides remote tech support, website design, and maintenance services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are subject to our satisfaction guarantee policy.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our service, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right or refund your last payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All website designs and code created by Grimace Remote remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a license to use the final product.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grimace Remote's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
